Fund manager for pooled community and family savings — the shared, transparent ledger of record.
Problem
Families and communities everywhere pool money on a schedule — rotating savings committees, shared funds for group expenses. The money moves in cash or bank transfers, but the record-keeping lives in chat threads and spreadsheets: opaque, error-prone, and dependent on one person's diligence.
Approach
Keep the money outside the app and make the app the trusted record: members contribute on schedule and upload proof of payment, managers approve contributions, and payouts to recipients follow an explicit per-payout policy everyone can see.
Architecture
A React Native (Expo) app in TypeScript. Version one ships Shared Funds; the core engine is deliberately designed for reuse so planned modes — shared recurring-expense wallets, personal funds, zakat — extend the same foundation rather than forking it.
Outcome
In active development with v1 (Shared Funds) taking shape — designed as the transparent system of record for a financial habit that millions of families already practice informally.
