Technical Architect & Consultant
Multi-tenant SaaS platform delivering shipping and logistics tools to e-commerce operations.
Problem
The product vision was shipping and logistics tooling for e-commerce businesses, sold as a service to many customers at once. That demanded a true multi-tenant platform from day one — shared infrastructure with strict tenant isolation — and an architecture several teams could build on in parallel without stepping on each other.
Approach
As consulting architect over a five-year engagement, I designed the core architecture and the standards around it: how tenancy is enforced, how modules stay isolated, and how front-end and back-end teams integrate. I led front-end development directly and acted as the central point of technical leadership, translating business needs into buildable, scalable designs.
Architecture
A .NET Core and SQL Server backend with tenant isolation built into the core data and service layers; an Angular web application and Flutter cross-platform mobile apps on top. CI/CD pipelines and shared development standards kept multiple teams shipping independently against the same platform.
Outcome
The platform shipped and operates commercially at gamasuite.com. The architectural foundations — modularity, tenant isolation, and team standards — carried the product through five years of feature growth without a re-platform.
